任職資格：
1. 建筑、景觀、室內(nèi)及相關(guān)專業(yè)在校學(xué)生；
2. 有較高的設(shè)計(jì)熱情和創(chuàng)新思維；有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神；
3. 有良好的領(lǐng)悟能力和建筑、室內(nèi)研究模型動(dòng)手能力；熟練使用相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)軟件；4. 實(shí)習(xí)生有機(jī)會(huì)實(shí)際參與設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目各個(gè)階段，包括建筑、室內(nèi)、產(chǎn)品、品牌設(shè)計(jì)等不同內(nèi)容，充分了解設(shè)計(jì)事務(wù)所運(yùn)營的細(xì)節(jié)；5.能保證一定的實(shí)習(xí)時(shí)間，不少于三個(gè)月的全職實(shí)習(xí)周期。

LOD的成立是作為一個(gè)建筑設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)驗(yàn)室，致力于探索建筑形式和功能，建筑和城市之間的關(guān)系。LOD創(chuàng)建了一個(gè)開放的平臺(tái)，通過創(chuàng)新的思維和跨越不同領(lǐng)域的合作，創(chuàng)作更好的設(shè)計(jì)為我們的未來發(fā)展新的思路。
致力于文化的傳承和創(chuàng)新，在空間設(shè)計(jì)、構(gòu)造、材質(zhì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)保等層面的各細(xì)節(jié)上積極探索和嘗試突破。
LOD建筑涉足多領(lǐng)域，結(jié)合了客戶利益和用戶情感交流，以增進(jìn)用戶體驗(yàn)為設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)。
團(tuán)隊(duì)由多元背景的本土設(shè)計(jì)師與國外建筑師構(gòu)成，共同構(gòu)筑全新的集合設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐模式。多樣的文化背景賦予我們開放的視野和包容性、以及對(duì)地方文化敏銳的理解力。
公司設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)基于西班牙巴塞羅那、中國北京、深圳、上海、中國香港多地展開多行業(yè)全案設(shè)計(jì)咨詢服務(wù)，在中國各地包括北京、上海、深圳、杭州、蘇州、南京及香港等城市完成系列知名建筑、酒店、商業(yè)綜合體、品牌建設(shè)及設(shè)計(jì)咨詢項(xiàng)目。
LOD was founded as an architectural experimental laboratory dedicated to exploring the relationship between form and function, architecture and urbanism, economics and sustainability. It creates an open platform for developing new ideas and designs through innovations and collaborations across different disciplines.
Committed to the culture inheritance and innovation, we seek to explore and create new approach in space design, structure, material, economic and sustainability.
LOD is a multidisciplinary firm based on concept design emotions for enhanced user experience. We align user’s emotions engagements with client’s interests.
Team is made up of diverse local designers with overseas architects, who together develop a new design methodology. Diversified background gives us an open mindset and inclusive approach with insight of local culture.
Our design teams are based in Barcelona Spain, Beijing, Shenzhen, Shanghai and Hong Kong providing a full spectrum of design consultation services including branding, master planning, architectural, interiors design and visual identity system. Our completed projects include landmark buildings, hotels, mixed use developments, brand architecture located across Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Nanjing and Hong Kong.
