崗位職責(zé)
職位描述：
1.在項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理和施工經(jīng)理的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下開(kāi)展工作，負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)裝飾項(xiàng)目施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)存在的質(zhì)量、安全、文明施工等方面的事故隱患和問(wèn)題進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)和整頓；
2.協(xié)助技術(shù)人員抓好工程施工的技術(shù)工作，保證按圖紙、按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、按工藝組織施工作業(yè)，避免返工；
3.協(xié)助施工經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)各工序施工質(zhì)量控制，做好工程隱蔽驗(yàn)收；
4.編制每日日?qǐng)?bào)和整改通知；
5.做好現(xiàn)場(chǎng)記錄工作，及時(shí)搜集和整理本工程的技術(shù)資料和竣工驗(yàn)收資料；
6.參加工程竣工交驗(yàn)。
任職資格：
1.工民建、土木工程等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)畢業(yè)，持有施工員資格證優(yōu)先考慮；
2.三年及以上裝修項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，參與過(guò)大型五星級(jí)酒店裝修項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；
3.掌握現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工生產(chǎn)管理專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)，熟悉現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工組織設(shè)計(jì)及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工方案的編制。
4.掌握項(xiàng)目建筑施工全過(guò)程管理、施工工藝流程和施工質(zhì)量、安全管理等規(guī)范要求，熟悉相關(guān)法律、法規(guī)和政策；
5.優(yōu)秀的執(zhí)行能力和施工生產(chǎn)管理能力，良好的協(xié)調(diào)溝通能力和判斷能力，較強(qiáng)的信息收集能力和關(guān)注細(xì)節(jié)能力，主動(dòng)性，原則性，成本意識(shí)，安全意識(shí)。
6.掌握word、excel、PPT等常用計(jì)算辦公軟件，良好的CAD繪圖能力。
