崗位職責(zé)
負(fù)責(zé)從概念設(shè)計(jì)到初步設(shè)計(jì)及施工配合等項(xiàng)目全過(guò)程的設(shè)計(jì)及管理工作。管理團(tuán)隊(duì)并負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)外聯(lián)絡(luò)和協(xié)調(diào)。
Being responsible for the design and management during the whole process of project from the conceptual design to the preliminary design and the construction coordination, etc.
1.本科以上學(xué)歷；建筑學(xué)專業(yè)，有海外留學(xué)經(jīng)歷者
Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture, applicants with overseas study experience
2.至少6年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具有建筑行業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理、項(xiàng)目協(xié)調(diào)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，創(chuàng)意能力強(qiáng)，善于手繪表達(dá)設(shè)計(jì)理念和細(xì)節(jié)
At least 6 years’ experience in architecture, including experience of project management, project coordination in architectural industry. Strong innovation ability and excel in expressing design concept and details via hand drawing.
3.具備食品交易市場(chǎng)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Experience in food market projects
4.熟悉國(guó)家和地方的相關(guān)法律、法規(guī)、政策及行業(yè)規(guī)范；
Being familiar with the relevant national and local laws, regulations, policies and codes of practice.
5.成本控制意識(shí)強(qiáng)，有良好的工程現(xiàn)場(chǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，善于團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)和組織匯報(bào)；Strong cost control awareness, abundant experience on project field, good at team building, organization and reporting works.
